The library is two blocks down on your left hand side directly past the Orange Inn, a large white building. On the right hand side of the street is the Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame. If you pass the Orange County Government Building on the left, you have gone too far.
The library is a red brick building with white columns and a small front yard with hedges along the sidewalk.
Parking is available in the rear of the library or on the street in front.
