Policies relating to Teens & Twelves
- Children 17 or younger may borrow videos if they have parental permission on record.
- Children aged 10-18 who have a signed parental consent form on file may use the Internet unattended, but it is strongly recommended that parents supervise the use of Internet by their minor children.
- Children residing in the Goshen Central School District are eligible for a library card. Their parent (guardian) is responsible for monitoring their use of library materials.
- Children expected to call home from the library should be provided with 35 cents for use of the pay phone.
- Parents are expected to be aware of the library's hours of operation and to pick up their children prior to closing. In the event a child is left at closing, the Goshen Village Police will be contacted to provide supervision for the child.
