Between Friends

Keep up with the Friends, with Mary Pat Smith, Secretary of the Friends. The Friends of the GPLHS seek to heighten community awareness of the library and its services, purchase equipment and materials to enhance library services, and sponsor programs which add to the cultural life of the community without additional cost to the taxpayer.

Ice Cream Social - a fun night for all

The Friends hosted our annual Ice Cream Social on Thursday, June 26th from 7:00pm - 8:00pm on the front lawn of the library. Terrific music by Squeaky Clean and ice cream donated by Elizabeth Gerasolo of What's the Scoop? (also known as 'the Ice Cream Stand' on Matthews St. in Goshen), made for a wonderful summer evening for all attendees. A special thanks to Elizabeth for generously donating the ice cream that night!
